Recently compared to Damien Rice and Ockerville River, Patrick's debut album will build on his extensive discography. Some years ago, while residing in London, he released two EP’s through UK independent Applejuice Recordings and last year his first local release, the EP Vanishing Cream. Patrick spent the majority of 2005 playing acoustically in singer/songwriter mode around Sydney and Melbourne while also sharing guitar duties for Sydney act Montana. His co-writer on most of the new material is ex Mr Blonde Ken Stewart who has added a commercial pop sensibiliy to the tunes. The album also features some brilliant musicianship from Pat, Ken, Paul Scott (Montana), Jarrod Bayliss (Cats & Cirque Du Solieu), string players from the Sydney Con and Rikki Arnott on backups.
