The next release on Revolucion see's them continue their tradition of releasing quality music from up and coming names to the scene here with Morrocan based Dj and producer Daox with his superb debut release as an artist featuring 3 original cuts of deep, underground, tech house music. Born in the city of Casablanca, 22 year old Daox set his sights on a career in music at an early age after getting hooked on classic old skool hip hop and electronic acts such as The Prodigy, Aphex Twin and Amon Tobin amongst others. Since those days in his early teens this talented young man has gone on to become one of the finest young Dj's to emerge from the thriving North African underground scene regularly playing at many of the regions main venues and events. Having built himself a glowing reputation for flowing Dj sets that are heavily influenced by the deep techno based sounds from Chicago and Detriot he has now spread his wings to production, and with a couple of well received remixes already under his belt he is now set to further add to his reputation with this debut release. Starting things off on a deep underground house tip with the title track "Legacy Of The Night" which chugs along all the way through with its stubby bass, deep chords and haunting vocal bringing you eight minutes of underground house Moroccan style. Keeping things in that deeper mode "The Pegasus Hours" is perfect for those 3am moments, a slow burner of a track with its beautiful pads and quirky vocal sneaking in and out making it perfect fodder for both house and techno crowds alike. Finishing off with "Persephone's Garden" which rounds things off nicely making great use of its stripped back, minimal beats to craft a track that perfect for deep moments on the danceloor.
