"There is nothing new under the sun...." but it's pretty cool to stumble on lost treasure! These are the best work Rory ever did with some very interesting alternatives. If you don't like real Blues, you won't appreciate this. If you're open to seeing how a Master interprets the Masters, it's worth the money. Shinkicker and Bullfrog Blues are signature pieces. Recorded live in San Francisco, Rory wasn't happy with the sound. It's been reworked, and is true to his legend; best played live, loud & you get what you came for. No musician ever worked harder than Rory Gallagher.
