The four compositions on this album are designed to be deeply soothing for both body and soul. Especially composed for massage, spa treatments, meditation and visualization, this CD contains both soulful and celestial instruments, including keyboards, voices, saxophone, violin and guitar. One of the tracks on this album was composed at a monastery in Italy as an accompaniment for a guided meditation by the Norwegian healer Runar Halonen.

With voices, accoustic instruments and keyboards, this is a richly textured and versatile album that is relaxing, healing and thrilling.
