Tucked away in a quiet house on the east side of Vancouver, British Columbia, Florida native Tanya Gallagher spent the winter of 2012 alongside Canadian artist Leathan Milne recording songs for her newest record Oh My Love. With the cold rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest as a backdrop, the flickering, dusky folk melodies of Gallagher’s new album tenderly stirred themselves to life. Produced and recorded by Milne, Oh My Love is poised with warm melodic musical arrangements and powerful stand-alone vocals. The album is a delicately orchestrated balance of hopeful purity and the deep intimate pain of lost love.

Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Gallagher has been quietly making waves along the Gulf Coast with her thoughtful musicality and elegant stage presence. Gallagher is currently bound for British Columbia where she is set to begin a doctoral program in Forestry at UBC and promote her new record.
