The Album was recorded on May 20th, 2013 at Canterbury Music Company in Toronto, Ontario. The all-star band includes two members of the rhythm section who worked with Jake's grandfather and legendary jazz musician, Moe Koffman. The musicians on the album are: Jake Koffman (saxophone, flute) Bernie Senensky (piano) Neil Swainson (bass) Morgan Childs (drums) The music consists of original music by Koffman, Senensky, and Childs, as well as great standards. With tunes ranging from burning bebop to gorgeous ballads, and from boogaloo to soulful blues, this album contains all the ingredients for great listening!
