This album is a sonic roller-coaster. Starting with a classic Hip-Hop feel, this project moves through a wide range of sounds. Listening from front to back, every song seems like a cinematic curve ball. Creating a much different experience from their first project, Boston-rapper Baylen & producer-duo Megazoyd show growth and diversity in their unique sounds. From experimental trip-hop, to east-coast trap, "Second Gear" properly captures the essence of each sub-genre it tackles.
