On his forthcoming debut album, California born singer/songwriter Lenny Gerard employs universal themes of love, society, and the world. Creating soulful lyrics and jazz-pop inspired music written on his piano, Gerard uses his classical training to generate songs that are deep, personal, and true. “I’m not just a musician. I also paint, draw, and enjoy photography. Music and singing allow me to express myself in a way that other mediums don’t allow.” In the summer of 2010, Lenny left sunny San Diego, California for New York City. Since then, he has performed at several charity events, and is a regular at open-mics and amateur musical venues. He is inspired everyday to create and write. His first full-length studio-album is set to drop in Late 2013 and he is steadfast to finish his second studio release. Summer of 2011 saw the release of his five-track EP self titled “Leny B” after his real name “Leny Behar.” Lenny’s full-length album feature tracks from his first self-titled EP as well as new material.
