TWAIN is a hip-hop recording artist from Chicago, by way of Minneapolis. Relatively seasoned in the music game, he has released a number of mixtapes and albums, online and underground. With music spanning his autobiographical accounts of his life and sections of the human experience, he prides himself on his craft, sonically, and through the live performance. In 2014, he released his extended play (EP) The Cost of Living & its acclaimed documentary. Some of his live performances to date include the Minnesota Music Café, the historic Capri Theater, Fine Line Music Café, and his recent headlining concert at the Fallout Urban Art Center. A Twin Cities Hip Hop Award nominee & 96.3 B96 Homegrown Featured Artist, TWAIN released his latest EP, The Gift of Discovery, in March 2016.
