First Contact features two originals. The cardinal piece, First Contact and the name of the EP as envisioned by Nicola Nolli is an undisclosed hit, affirmed by an underlying thumping beat. The latter, Ghost Scruw, is a contention between the dark and the dissonant with ominous vocals. Swiss artist Nouwah, and Serbian artist Vladimir Marinkovic implausibly transform the already incredible pieces with their rich, audience-encompassing remixes. The combination of the original raw, emanating sounds with Nouwah and Vladimir Marinkovics deep renditions constructs a prodigious release to kickstart 2016.
