The newest release on Pulsar Recordings is a blissful, uplifting track brought to you by Ihor Mihal. The original mix of 'Afield' starts with pumping kicks, a rolling bass, and echoing vocals. These sounds pave the way for a synth loop, which progresses as it takes over. A beautiful piano melody eventually intercepts and leads the way into the breakdown, where it rings and echoes, giving the listeners the illusion of being in a wide, open field. Following the melodic breakdown, the kicks come rushing back, building tension before leading to a perfectly timed, euphoric drop. The uplifting mix of this track is driven by a heavier, more prominent bass that is eventually taken over by the synth melody as it rises and surrounds the listeners, before collapsing towards the breakdown and giving way for the piano melody. During the uplift, the synth takes the lead ones again, moving towards a drop equally as moving as in the original mix. The Akku remix, on the other hand, is characterized by a higher-pitched and faster piano melody that takes the lead before the track moves towards the breakdown, followed by a punchy and equally as fast uplift that will make the listeners lose control of their feet as they move to the rhythm of the beat. The Lucas Moor remix starts with percussive and looping sounds, building up towards a high-tempo'd synth. As the breakdown approaches, the synth quiets down, giving way for the melody to sing in the distance while being accompanied by atmospheric sounds.
