简介
Stories In Trance proudly presents the 43rd release and it's another debut on SIT for Minsk's finest Sanglare (Vadim Zvegintsev and Aleksander Okholov) with their epic Faith In The Future. This time we present three versions starting with the original. Sanglare have been honing their skills over the last few years with tracks and remixes on labels such as Dirt, Lies & Audio, Elliptical, COF and Destination Sunshine and they add this stormer to our flourishing catalogue. Expertly combining smooth layering and a memorable lead melody, this perfectly represents all that is good about what remains of the uplifting trance sound. A track fit to grace any set or mix. Secondly we give you the Airborne Angel remix. We make no secret here at Stories In Trance in saying that Sweden's Airborne Angel (Gustaf Westin) has played a hugely important role in everything we have achieved so far. With his brilliant releases Apollo (SIT #1), Desire (SIT #6), Time & Space (SIT #11), Belt Of Orion (SIT #19), Perfect State (SIT #24) and I Get You (SIT #34) in addition to truly excellent remixes of Oliver Imseng's What Dreams May Come (SIT #26) and White Motion's Solis (SIT #28) he is back on top form yet again. His superbly well polished interpretation is an ever evolving and engaging piece of trance excellence, another reminder if needed that Gustaf is one of the best trance has to offer. Last and by no means least in this potent threesome we have another Stories In Trance powerhouse who we hold in the best possible regard, America's Derrick Meyer. His solo projects consist of The Last Days Of Summer (SIT #3), Final Goodbye (SIT #23), Utopia EP (SIT #42) along with remixes of Miguel Angel Castellini's Shining In Warm Up (SIT #4), Ivan Sognatore's A Way Through The Woods (SIT #13) and Max Fishler's Tyrannosaur (SIT #21) proving he is a producer to be reckoned with. Once again he shows what can be achieved in a concise piece of trance. At just 7 Minutes and 10 seconds this captures you right from the start, ever developing and progressing with sophisticated layering, whilst infusing the infectious lead melody with subtle mids, it's hard to think of a better way to remix a track. Stories In Trance aims to uncover the most talented and imaginative new producers and team up with some of the more established names in the scene to work together in evolving the sound. This release sticks firmly to our philosophy of not only showcasing a diverse range of sounds within trance, but also offering balanced releases by seeking out those that can interpret the original in a different way. As our story continues, we really hope that you enjoy our forty-third release! Kind regards and happy days! Matt Carter / Thomas Carter Stories In Trance
