www.brandonholland.net www.facebook.com/brandonhollandmusic Brandon Holland brings a fresh persective in the new age of country with a little bit of traditional flavor. Long before Brandon Holland was nailing every note on stage or in the recording studio, this union carpenter from Alton, Illinois, was hammering construction projects and drawing up the blueprints to build a career in country music. Growing up in a musical family in a small rural town, Brandon’s father had aspirations of making it in Nashville but his untimely death when Brandon was only 5 years old would prove to be a life-altering event. Those early childhood memories of his father’s love of music would fuel Brandon’s desire to succeed and continue the path set before him so many years ago. Brandon’s grandfather showed him how to play guitar at the age of 11 and his early catalog consisted of a mixture of music from Hank Williams, Sr., Johnny Cash, Fats Domino, and many other artists of his grandfather’s era. These days Brandon would likely pick tunes by Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, and even throw in a few Chris Daughtry songs for good measure. After years of honing his vocal style, playing live events, and crafting his songwriting skills, Brandon recorded a 5-song EP in Nashville and is set to release “Man In The Moon” to country radio in March. The infectious upbeat single was so well received and played on his local country radio station that Brandon now has a veteran record promotion team in Nashville behind him ready to launch the next country hit maker. With his talent and determination, Brandon is on his way to developing a career in country music that is built to last.
