Recently voted Creative Loafing's Best Local Traditional Folk Act (Reader's Choice) in the Best of Atlanta 2005 edition, the Little Country Giants play "simple, acoustic, country- flavored tunes that'll soothe the ravaged heart" (Jeff Clark, Stomp and Stammer). The core of the band is the songwriting duo of Cameron and Russell Cook on dual vocals and upright bass and guitar respectively. They are joined by flat-picking guitarist Joseph Evans, and sweet country crooner Julie Evans singing the third harmony.
