The project was born out of a series of recorded piano improvisations and experimentations. With the assistance of cellist friend, Otávio Kavakama, these ideas were taken and developed into this five track EP Drawing from his background as a classically trained pianist, Jameson combines his love for strong melody with an ever evolving sense of exploration. While his style is difficult to specify, he pulls great inspiration from impressionism, minimalism, electronica, and neo-classicism. Though often blending organic and electronic textures, Jameson’s primary goal is to move the listener emotionally, regardless of the instrumentation.
