Soulful expression, singer/songwriter lyric-styling combined with gripping instrumentals gives Brandon’s music a listening value unique in today's music. He writes as an expression for the good of those around him. His motivation being, “If my music can help someone or if it can speak into their life where ever they might be then I feel I've used my music well." This is the goal with all of Brandon’s music, and the goal on his new album ‘Homeward’ releasing January 21, 2012. "From the beginning stages of this project it's been for other people, specifically those around me. Their stories as well as pieces of my own life create the framework for my writing."

To the listener 'Homeward' offers a first person perspective to themes of love, confusion or doubt, hope and longing as well as grace. Brandon vests himself in each verse, bridge and chorus seeking to communicate a rich and weighty approachability.
