He has worked closely with R&B artist Houston, and the management team for the Grammy Award winning, R&B artist Monica. His con- sistently succesful track record and undeniable versatility has made him one of the most sought after independent producers. Born in Columbus, MS and currently a native of Atlanta, GA, Bruce Billps was deeply rooted and passionately immersed into music at a very young age. Starting out as a drummer, playing in his high school band; Bruce Billups, like many young aspiring musicians; rendered his talents to a variety of local bands.
