Flesh and Stone is a Modern Metal band from sunny Miami, Florida. their debut EP "This Day is Mine" has grabbed the attention of the Miami metal scene and refuses to let go.

Combining melodic vocals, visceral drumming and crunching, catchy riffs, Flesh and Stone is quickly building their own sound and style that is a force to be reckoned with in the metal world. They are currently playing in the Miami scene and will spread into cities all over Florida.

The band members are all veterans of the small but dedicated South Florida scene for almost a decade of music. Flesh and Stone always performs to the fullest extent and accepts no compromises to their sound and stage presence.
