The first movement, Inner Harmony was designed to sooth the overloaded modern mind, taking you gently out of the chaos of material life, and into the peace and harmony available within all beings. Here you can unload the burdens and impurities, allow them to sink into the Sacred Earth. There are checkpoints along the way such as soft bells and twinkling stars to keep you focused and determined to continue your soul-purifying practice. These vibrations are tuned to the 432hz scale. This is the scale that is harmonious with all life. You will also feel the 528hz Love Frequency in these recordings. Anicca is the Pali word for impermanence. Pali was the language spoken in India during the time that a very special being lived there, about 2,500 years ago. His name was Siddarth Gautama, and he advanced his mindfulness enough to truly experience impermanence in the truest present tense, developed true equanimity, uprooted all impurities, and reached enlightenment.
