"GOTTA GET BUZY" is Ritmo Delgado's follow-up to the single "GET BUSY" release in 2009; an interpretation of the Chano Pozo standard "Manteca". Performed by "Revival" with Babi Floyd on scat vocals. It combines afro-cuban percussion with a latin swing element. Chiko Mendez on lead vocals; and with a unique writing style he adds a more funk/ rap element making the tune prone to a newer generation. "GOTTA GET BUZY" now includes the original GET BUSY track plus 5 other versions harnessing the wailing sounds of electric guitars and percussion to a more rock and urban style. This album includes a few instrumentals as well as a club remix for those that want to GET BUZY. All lyrics and Artwork specifically designed by Chiko Mendez on both the GET BUSY and GOTTA GET BUZY projects; as well as all vocals and harmonies.
