Tash is influenced by strong melodies and band driven music so her EP showcases her passionate and melodic vocals with the driving force of a band behind her. With influences as diverse a group as Sarah Mclachlan, Coldplay, Evanescence, Melissa Etheridge, Chrissie Hynde (Pretenders), Pink and even the legendary AC DC. .... Tash promises to entertain anyone and everyone from the boardrooms of record companies to radio programmers across the world and most importantly to all those live music fans out there who appreciate the real passion in great songs and great performance. Having achieved great inner city success with her first band ‘REDSTAR’ it was in the Summer of 2002 that Tash decided to start a solo career. She met tour manager/booking agent 'paynie' (Baby Animals, Rose Tattoo, Billy Thorpe, Jessica Mauboy, Keith Urban etc) who gave her a chance & decided to put her to the test. "I put her on as a support on 2 separate shows, both shows were headlined by name artists, one having achieved a few No 1 singles and the other having a major record deal and album. What happened on each of those nights was that she not only proved to be the most entertaining act on, but she also brought 90% of the crowd!!!, so I thought WOW!”....
