The Band With ideas brooding and energy storming Naomi Lasalle auditioned for a band called Void where she met Mark Nazemi. Carrying a dark goth heavy theme Mark and Naomi were inspired by each others work and realized a new concept developing. Perfect Cell was truly an evolution for Solid Bass Productions. “Unleash”, the bands first EP was released in 2003 a few months later. Today, this concept having undergone vigorous creative evolutions, Perfect Cell is proud to release their debut album “The Lost City”. Classically trained pianist and vocalist, Naomi has toured the world as a Jazz and classical singer. She made the transition to electronic pop music by collaborating with a local Vancouver producer and releasing a single called The Dark Side of My Heart which was well received in Vancouver. Motivated by the response, Naomi decided to join Mark Nazemi to work on a new concept called Perfect Cell. Composing music since childhood, Mark strove to create his unique sound by experimenting with synthesizers and samplers. Eager to learn more Mark began performing and collaborating with other artists in the genre of electronic music. Mark Nazemi started his own music production company called Solid Bass Productions.
