One of the coolest thing about music is when sounds from multiple genres come together in order to create a new art-form. Let's take sounds from genre’s like Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, and Electronic production, in order to create a unique, yet modern sound. All great artwork has a dichotomy of some sort. Sometimes crisp, programmed drum samples sound great when combined with natural guitar, piano, etc. Other times it's digital synths and bass that are united with gritty drum breaks in order to create that dichotomy. Sometimes it’s the combination of two stereotypical genre structures that make a creative tune. Other times it’s about a contrast between stereo frequencies. This concept of dichotomy is the mission statement behind all music produced by Luke Chase.
