Urban Gospel Recording Artist, Producer, Musician, Songwriter & Engineer - Da Sargeant, has been making music for a number of years and is well known around the globe for his dynamic musical abilities. Coming from the hometown of East London/Essex, Grime music has had a massive influence on him in High School which pushed him to start a career as an MC. Like many people who look for trouble will find trouble, Da Sargeant was no exception, and found himself in many first hand situations with consequences, however which all led him to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour. Having come thus far, Da Sargeant has shared the stage with many big names such as Richie Righteous and Guvna B. He has also ministered alongside many evangelists and worship leaders, some names as follow Ram Babu, John Wilkinson, Harry George of the 230 Band, and Tim Alford of [dweeb]. He has also worked with UK Grime Artist - Chipmunk, on a community project with a local primary school. Da Sargeant till date has introduced many new artists into the music world. Some have continued to walk in their music career whilst others had pursued another. Nonetheless He enjoys meeting new talents and working with those with a sincere humble heart and love for the Lord. Although Da Sargeant visits and ministers at many churches and events, his base is at Capstone Church London pastored by Rakesh and Preethy Kurian. 'Yeshuve' was the hit release from Da Sargeant featuring Luke James. The song was written a year before its release, and the vision for the song came after the recording, which was to reach out into the depths of India and encourage many youths. From this a Bhangra remix is due to be released this June 2012, and will feature artists of many common Indian languages. Off from the limelight, Da Sargeant becomes Sam Daniel and many know him as the keyboardist of KINESIS, worship band of Capstone Church, or for being on standby with the acoustic/electric guitar or drums when needed. Da Sargeant's music as a rapper consists of genre's such as: Hiphop, Grime, Dubstep & R&B genre's. As a musician, He picks up styles from such as Jesus Culture, Israel Houghton, and Worship Central. Da Sargeant is also the proud owner of Revive Souls Entertainment (RSE) - a record label & music company in its developing stages. As well as the owner, He is an artist self signed and acts as a Sound Engineer & Producer.
