Hopkinson is one of Australia's most promising young Singer/Songwriters. 'Class Clown' was his debut self-funded album and was completed in 2001. Hopkinson has co-written his forth coming debut release 'Strangers To Ourselves' with American songwriter, George Merrill. George is a member of "Boy Meets Girl" who had a No.1 hit single, "Waiting for a Star to Fall", in the US & Europe. George also enjoyed international success with the hits, "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and "How Will I Know", both performed by Whitney Houston. There is a distinct maturity that has developed in Hopkinson's music over the last few years, partially due to the co-writing, the solid recording and gig schedule that he has been exposed to in both Australia and America but also the wealth of life experience he has gathered along the way.
