I have several solo songs to my credit as well. One of my most prized works is an album I made for Awaaz Voice and Accountability Programme on the 16 days of activism campaign. Since I have been increasingly vocal about injustice regarding never-ending violence against women and female education, this album provided an opportunity to highlight basic developmental issues in Pakistan and how Aawaz is working to facilitate and strengthen programs to eradicate these barricades. I composed this poem by Kishwar Naheed for an international campaign on social media #BringBackOurGirls against #BokoHaram. It emphasis on how these armed extremists burn down girl schools and target school going girl's like Malala because they fear them the most.
