简介

Nickname: Secret Weapon/ Mack P Height: 5’9” Weight: 178 lbs. Birthplace: Denison, Texas Home: Shertown 903 I started rapping in about 1985 after dabbling in the business as a local DJ doing block parties, social gatherings etc. I was first with a company called Straight Up Recordings with a producer named James Cross. I later hooked up with Jim G, and we recorded several tracks under Straight Up. After completing my college career in 1995 and graduating with B.S. Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, I found out that Jim was still in the business. In 1999, they had released an album under Blu-House Recordings CEO Chris Edwards with another cat Mr. J Sweet called Dranked Out. While recording their second album I hooked up with the 903 Playas and was featured on several songs off their sophomore release “Shertown Anthem.” I brought a different element to the group with my outlandish stage performances. I feel that I am the Andre 3000 of the group. Now to the present, we took a 3-year hiatus from the music business. During that time I accomplished many personal goals. I became a professional fighter and an accomplished one at that! I have fought in the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) 4 times as well as on PPV and on Spike TV. I am a cast member for the very popular reality TV show The Ultimate Fighter that airs on Spike TV and the show is in its 4th season. I have fought in 7 different countries such as Japan, Australia, France and Canada to name a few. I was a guest on Blind Date for a special UFC fighter’s week. I hosted BET’s MaaD Sports. I took the viewers behind the scenes of a UFC event. I covered everything from cutting weight, to selecting gloves and preparation just before the fight. I currently fight for the World Combat League with Chuck Norris. I have shot 2 independent films and starred in one. I starred in a film called Repentance (www.newerapictures.net.) As well as starring in the film, I also choreographed most of the fight scenes in the movie. The other Indy film I shot was called “Young Eddie” in which I play a security guard and you know the brotha got killed off in the 1st 10 minutes. I have shot a pilot for a TV show called American BadAss in which average Joe’s who think they can fight get a chance to step up and face a trained fighter for $25,000. During the 6 episodes, nobody won. I made an appearance on Blind Date for the UFC as well. I am looking to re establish myself back at the top of the fight world. Fighting is something that has allowed me to do things I never thought I would do. Better yet, the UFC has opened the doors for me to be a worldwide recognized sports figure. I was featured on the album of an Asian group called Phar East out of Dallas, TX. Other featured artists on the album were Big Tuck from DSR (Universal), Chamillionaire (Universal), Guerilla Black and Play n Skillz (Universal). The Dallas area is really starting to blow up with local artist such as Dirty South Rydaz (DSR) and Play n Skillz. It’s time for the DFW to shine and I want to be a part of that building music tradition in the south.
