Brandon Blevins(19), Kevynn Blevins(18), and Dillon Blevins(17) are three brothers from Brackettville, Texas who are changing the world through their passion for music. Performing and recording both renditions of timeless upbeat rock songs and original music, the three brothers create a pulsing ambiance when they deliver their sound. Lead singer and guitar player Brandon Blevins is a full-time student at Texas State University, majoring in Business and polishing the modern groove every day. 18-Year-old bass player Kevyn Blevins eagerly follows his brother’s footsteps as he is entering his freshman year at Texas State ready to bring his positive energy and enthusiasm to the music scene in San Marcos. As the youngest, drummer Dillon Blevins remains in the brother’s humble south Texas home in Brackettville, a small town where the boys spent their childhood discovering their love for sharing music and spreading energy by teaching themselves how to play guitar, drums, bass, piano, harmonica and vocals. In recent years, the brothers have gained much of their musical inspiration from John Mayer, Tame Impala, and countless blues artists. For the past four years, the Blevins brothers went under the name “Brackett Young Guns” and engaged a large following as they did countless shows all around south Texas. This reputable country styled band released the tracks “Tu Es Muy Bonita” as well as “Just One Kiss” capturing the attention of younger and older audiences alike. As the boys matured more with their music, they came to realize their passion for a more upbeat rock n’ roll sound. This led the brothers to rename the band to “Blevins” and begin their journey to creating a groovier more universal sound. Blevins will be releasing the EP “New Now” that will be available on iTunes and Spotify in the coming year.
