The year draws to its festive conclusion, and the holidays begin their official countdown, marking its passing. The sound of bells reverberating in my ears, the sparkle of candles evoking memories of the years that have passed, and a hundred beautiful memories all come flooding back into my heart. Like a music box full of memories, the intimate sound of a classical guitar, enveloped in an artful accompaniment of piano and strings fills the silence like an intimate poem. "Asturias", "Variations on a Theme of Mozart", “Sunflower " ... legendary music from the other side of the distant night sky, comes to us with the warmth of a Mediterranean breeze on this cold winter night, soothing in shivering crowds on crowded city street. "Silent Night", "Always With Me", "Estrellita" ... The popular melodies reawaken innocent dreams from our youth, and invites us to relieve the memories of our past through it’s inviting sound. In December 2018, Rhymoi producer Ye Yunchuan travelled to the bustling international metropolis of Tokyo. The city of lit up like a gigantic video game, immersed in the colorful glory of the neon lights celebrating the festive season and illuminating the way to the future. Ye Yunchuan had come to meet with a number of Japanese artists led by emerging musician Ayane Shino to record a an intimate album timeless musical treasures featuring the delicate sound of the classical guitar at the famed Wakabadai Concert Hall near Tokyo. The classical guitar born in Spain hundreds of years ago, flourishing under the bright and dazzling sun of the Iberian Peninsula, eventually becoming one of the world's three major musical instruments alongside the piano and violin with its infinite charm. The classical guitar was introduced to East Asia in the early 20th century, where it not only caused a sensation in Japan, but also became most popular western instruments for generations of Chinese. Even our producer, Ye Yunchuan, first learned music when he picked up the classical guitar at the age of 13. For Ye Yunchuan, this album has special significance, it is a “homecoming” of sorts, a reliving of the guitar’s history from a uniquely personal perspective, drawing together a program of music that was re-played in a foreign land, evoking all the beautiful longing and memories accumulated with the passing of years. Ayane Shino, who plays guitar on this album, graduated with honors from the Tokyo University of the Arts and received a doctorate degree. She has been active in Japan and overseas in recent years. Although she has played guitar since a child, she was able to record continuously for twelve hours, while always maintaining a steady expression of technique and a gentle and sweet smile. The deep, warm temperament of Spanish classical music and the poetic connotation of Dong Yan's aesthetics are perfectly blended their performances and positively radiate and impressive emotional energy! After the recording work that day, producer Ye Yunchuan and the Japanese artists said their farewells outside the snowy Shinjuku station. People from different countries rely on their love of music to transform from strangers to becoming close friends even through the briefest of encounters. This wonderful life experience once again shows the great power of music to communicate human emotions. At a time of the change when old and new seem locked in a struggle, it is even more exciting when a beautiful new option presents itself to lead the way to a better future. 01. 永远同在（千と千尋の神隠し・いつも何度でも）Always With Me 原曲：木村弓 Yumi Kimura 此曲改编自日本动漫大师宫崎骏执导的电影《千与千寻》的片尾曲。该片讲述神怪栖居的异世界中少女千寻的冒险故事，于2001年上映后斩获多项国际大奖，至今仍位居日本影史票房排行第一名。志野文音与恩师的双吉他合奏，如同挚友之间真挚而亲切的交谈，以清新自然的弦音，唤醒少年时代的温暖记忆。在这闪耀的蓝天下，倾听悠扬轻松的曲调，怀抱着最初的勇气与梦想，再次绘写生命的色彩。 01. Always With Me Composed：Yumi Kimura This song is adapted from the final song of the movie "Spirited Away" directed by Hayao Miyazaki. The film tells the adventure story of Chihiro, a little girl who gets lost in a strange world inhabited by monsters and magic. Following its release in 2001, the film won a number of international awards and still ranks among the biggest box office hits of Japanese film history. The guitar duo of Ayane and her teacher is like a sincere and cordial conversation between close friends. Their fresh and natural sounds awaken the warm memories of youth. As you listen to the calmly unfolding melody, imagine yourself lying under the endless blue sky, ready to experience the dream of a lifetime. 02. 魔女宅急便 (魔女の宅急便・風の丘) Kiki's Delivery Service 原曲：久石让 Joe Hisaishi 此曲来自于日本动漫大师宫崎骏于1989年执导的同名电影。优美舒畅的旋律，曾经陪伴片中那位佩戴着红色蝴蝶结的小魔女，带上黑猫和行装，告别亲友，坚强地飞上辽阔无际的天空。而此刻这清新明朗的乐声，是否也令年轻的志野文音，想起了自己人生中所经历的无数个启程的瞬间。轻柔灵动的吉他弦音，应和着宛转回旋的小提琴，如同清晨映入眼帘的第一抹阳光，驱散心中的阴霾，带来勇气与力量。 02. Kiki's Delivery Service Composed：Joe Hisaishi This song is from the 1989 film of the same name directed by the famed Japanese anime master Hayao Miyazaki. The beautiful melody which accompanies the little witch wearing a big red hair bow in the film, says goodbye to her friends and relatives, and flies off into the vast sky with her black cat familiar. The gentle sound of the guitar resonates in harmony with the violin, just like the first rays of sunlight in the morning, dispelling any sadness and bringing courage and strength. 03. 向日葵（ひまわり） Sunflower 原曲：Henry Mancini 1970年上映，由影坛女神苏菲·玛索主演的意大利同名电影，讲述二战背景下一对年轻夫妇的悲欢离合。此曲改编自该片的主题音乐，曾获得奥斯卡金像奖的最佳配乐题名。苍翠的原野上，无边无际随风摇曳的金黄向日葵，象征着和平年代的美好生活，也象征着未经烽火洗礼的纯挚爱情。充满深沉哀愁的乐声，叹息着被时代洪流挟裹的小人物的命运，和难以忘怀的战争创痛。 03. Sunflower Composed：Henry Mancini Released in 1970 for the film of the same name starring the Goddess of Italian cinema, Sophia Loren, tells film of the sadness and joy of a young couple in the context of World War II. This song is adapted from the theme music of the film, and won the Oscar award for best soundtrack. An endless field of golden sunflowers swaying in the wind symbolizes the good life and the innocence of true love. The music is filled with deep sorrow, underscoring the tragic fate of the poor people swept up in the torrent of the times, and the pain of an unforgettable war. 04. 舒伯特小夜曲（セレナーデ） Ständchen 原曲：Franz Schubert 深沉委婉的大提琴，在宁静如水的无边夜色中穿行。纤巧灵动的吉他，仿佛是一只轻落在树梢的夜莺，对着皎洁月光轻柔歌唱。从数百年前的欧洲，到今夜的东京，这段举世闻名的动人旋律，曾经替多少有情人倾诉过心中真挚而炽热的爱恋。两位日本演奏家极富叙事性的抒情演绎，令这首由“艺术歌曲之王”舒伯特在1828年去世前创作的音乐诗篇，如同一朵在漫漫时光中永盛不败的花朵，散发着历久弥新的淡淡芬芳。 04. Ständchen Composed：Franz Schubert The deep, sonorous sound of the cello falls on our ears as twilight transitions into night. The guitar delicately traces a melody like the nightingale’s song from the treetop, calling to the rising moon. From Europe hundreds of years ago to Tokyo tonight, this world-famous melody has spoken to many lovers of romance and tender embraces. This lyrical interpretation by two Japanese performers make this music composed by Schubert, the "king of art songs," written shortly before his death in 1828, into a musical flower that will never fade even in the passing of hundreds of years. 05. 阿斯图里亚斯传奇（アストゥリアス） Asturias 原曲：Isaac Albeniz 阿斯图里亚斯，是地处伊比利亚半岛西北部的一个地区。自公元8世纪开始，居住在此地的西班牙人，为收复被阿拉伯人占领的土地，开始了历经数百年之久的惨烈战争。这首充满浓郁西班牙风情的吉他独奏曲，就是以此为背景创作的。开场处急促而激越的吉他弦音，使人联想起出阵的千军万马，驰骋在烽烟四起的苍茫大地上。随后乐声由热烈奔放，转为舒缓平静，仿佛清冷的星光，映照着早已废弃的古战场。最终乐曲以铿锵有力的主题再现，结束在波澜壮阔的历史幻想之中。 05. Asturias Composed：Isaac Albeniz Asturias is an area northwest of the Iberian Peninsula. Since the 8th century AD, the Spaniards who lived here were engaged in a centuries-old conflict to recover the land occupied by the Arabs. In this piece, the guitar is full of Spanish flavor inspired by this dark history. The frenetic strumming of the guitar strings at the opening is reminiscent of the thousands of troops and horses in the battle, galloping on the vast ground surrounded by smoke. Then the melody changes from enthusiastic and unrestrained to calm and even desolate, as if the cold starlight, illuminates the ancient battlefield, long since abandoned. The concluding bars return with a powerful theme, ending this grand historical fantasy. 06. 月光(エチュード ロ短調 Op.35-22 “月光”) Etude in B minor Op.35-22 原曲：Fernando Sor 西班牙吉他大师Sor，使用欧洲古典乐派的技法创作吉他乐曲，为提高吉他在乐器家族中的地位做出了卓越的贡献。此曲原本是他为学生撰写的一首练习曲，因优美的旋律和梦幻般的意境而受到世人的喜爱。吉他以明暗交迭的音色，踏着优雅的舞步循环往复，为静谧的夜献上轻柔的歌。朦胧的月光，洒落在幽邃的原野上，如同舒缓起伏的流水，无声地向遥远的地平线尽头蔓延。在此刻，忘却内心所有的思虑，沉浸在一片诗意盎然的风景中。 06. Etude in B minor Op.35-22 Composed：Fernando Sor The Spanish guitar master Fernando Sor was one of the first truly great European classical composers to elevate the guitar as a concert instrument. This song was originally an exercise for his students. It is loved by guitarists and audiences around the world for its beautiful melody and melancholy mood. The guitar traces elegant steps dance steps, shifting between light and dark tones, over which a gentle song for a quiet night unfolds. The hazy moonlight, unfolds silently towards the end of the distant horizon like the soothing sounds of rolling water. At this moment, all your cares are forgotten and immerse yourself in this poetic landscape. 07. 遗忘（オブリヴィオン “忘却”） Oblivion 原曲：Astor Pantaleón Piazzolla 吉他缓慢地弹奏着低沉伤感的弦音，如同萦绕于脑海的一幕幕回忆，在遥远的旧时光中投下涟漪。随后小提琴款款而出，以充满悲剧色彩的细腻音色，表现对逝去恋情意欲割舍而又难以忘怀的矛盾心态。这首探戈风格的音乐小品，由阿根廷国宝级作曲大师Piazzolla创作于1972年，在世界范围内享有极高的赞誉。凄美柔情的旋律，如同灵魂的低喃自语，倾吐着无法挣脱的孤独与无奈。当往日的美好不复重来，唯有以遗忘，换取面对命运的平静和释然。 07. Oblivion Composed：Astor Pantaleón Piazzolla The guitar begins slowly playing chords in its lowest register. The violin joins in duet, its delicate timbre full of sadness, expressing the inconsolable grief of lost love. This tango-style musical sketch was composed in 1972 by Astor Piazzolla, Argentina's greatest composer, and enjoys praise all over the world. The melody is a model of sadness, beauty and tenderness, sounding as if it were the hushed whisper of a tragic soul, pouring out feelings of loneliness and helplessness that can never be free. When the beauty of the past fails to return, despite our urgent pleadings, we can only resign ourselves to… Oblivion. 08. 魔笛主题变奏曲（魔笛の主題による変奏曲） Variations on a Theme by Mozart 原曲：Fernando Sor 此曲改编自古典音乐巨匠莫扎特的歌剧杰作《魔笛》，由于能够充分体现吉他的乐器特性，以及演奏家的技艺水准，常常出现在国际吉他比赛和大型音乐会中。本专辑中，志野文音以自幼陪伴自己的吉他名琴所演绎的版本，在展示她屡获国际奖项的高超演奏技巧的同时，也呈现出她于沉静平和、欢欣愉悦与热烈昂扬之间收放自如的音乐情感流动，令人赞叹不已。 08. Variations on a Theme by Mozart Composed：Fernando Sor For his Variations on a Theme by Mozart, the composer Fernando Sor selected an aria from classic Mozart's operatic masterpiece "Magic Flute". Because it can fully reflect the characteristics of the instrument of the guitar and the skill level of the performer, it often appears in international guitar competitions and on recitals. On this album, Ayane Shino performs on the very guitar that has been with her since she was a child. Here she easily demonstrates the flawless technique has earned her international awards, as well as her poise, calmness, joy, and enthusiasm. The emotional flow of these beautifully sculpted variations is “magical.” 09. 爱的罗曼史（愛のロマンス） Romance de Amour 原曲：Narciso Yepes 这段优美的西班牙民谣曲调，1952年被改编为法国电影名作《被禁止的游戏》的主题音乐，并因此而广为流传，不但成为所有知名吉他演奏家的保留曲目，也成为众多国人心目中古典吉他的代名词。缠绵细腻的分解和弦，与温暖隽永的主旋律，共同构成了质朴而意蕴无穷的音乐织体。当岁月变迁，时代更迭，唯有在这悠扬委婉的乐声中，追忆那些永铭于心的浪漫瞬间。 09. Romance de Amour Composed：Narciso Yepes This beautiful Spanish folk tune was arranged as the theme music of the famous French film "Forbidden Games" in 1952, and became a world-wide hit, immediately becoming a staple on classical guitar recitals. The delicate arpeggiated chords, together with the warm and timeless melody, forms a simple and timeless musical texture. As the years change and the times change, only in this pure and timeless music can we remember those all those romantic moments that are always inscribed upon our hearts. 10. 西班牙舞曲第2号（双吉他（スペイン舞曲第２番 “オリエンタル”）Spanish Dances No.2 原曲：Enrique Granados 这是一场两把吉他的优美对舞。它们时而优雅轻盈地回旋，时而又充满戏剧性张力的深情对望，演奏出兼具细腻与奔放的动人音韵。发源于西班牙的古典吉他，用来表现在东西方交汇处孕育而生的独特民族情感，自然恰到好处。在这首别名为《东方舞曲》的乐曲中，两位演奏家以来自东瀛的细腻视角和精妙技法，演绎出和煦阳光下悠闲惬意的地中海风情，和西班牙人深沉而热烈的性格特质。 10. Sometimes they whirl elegantly and lightly, and sometimes they are full of dramatic tension and passion. The modern classical guitars that originated in Spain became a means of negotiating the intersection of East and West, creating a uniquely Spanish temperament that is naturally, just right. In this piece, which is also known as "Oriental Dance", the two guitarists use the most refined and exquisite techniques to interpret the languorous Mediterranean atmosphere, basking (or should we say “Basque-ing”) in the warm sunshine and the melancholy soul of Spanish saudaude. 11. 小星星（エストレリータ） Estrellita 原曲：Manuel Ponce 这首创作于1912年的轻柔曼妙的墨西哥乐曲，曾因传奇小提琴演奏家海菲兹的改编和演绎而闻名于世。在本专辑收录的版本中，志野文音以平实而委婉的手法，描绘出中美洲自由、浪漫、纯净的音乐风情。清澈的夜空中，点点繁星闪烁着朦胧的光芒。柔情甜美的古典吉他弦音，飘荡在轻柔的晚风中，以此星空为证，倾诉着矢志不渝的浓浓爱意。 11. Estrellita Composed：Manuel Ponce Composed in 1912, this gentle and graceful piece by the Mexican composer Manuel Ponce has become famous for primarily through the adaptation by the legendary violinist Jascha Heifetz. In the version we’ve included on this album, Ayane Shino uses straightforward approach, close to the composer’s original intentions, to portray the free, romantic, and musical style of Mexico. In the clear night sky, a few stars flickering with a dim light. The tender and sweet sound of a classical guitar wafts in the evening breeze, as a colorful brushstroke across the evening sky, a love song written in the stars.. 12. 阿拉伯风格绮想曲（アラビア風奇想曲） Capricho Arabe 原曲：Francisco Tarrega 纤长秀丽的手指，在吉他琴弦间轻盈飞舞，用细腻绵密的音符，和跌宕委婉的旋律，编织出一幅色调绮丽而充满异国风情的挂毯，令人驻足流连。由被誉为“近代吉他之父”的西班牙著名演奏家Tarrega创作于1888年的经典名作，以融入了东洋美学的宁静悠远的氛围，在迷离的月色下，讲述着古老游牧民族所演绎的一个个浪漫而传奇的故事。 12. Capricho Arabe Composed：Francisco Tarrega With fingers flying lightly over the strings of the guitar, a tapestry of sound is woven, filled with beautiful colors and exotic atmospheres, catching your attention and making you want to pause and linger. Composed in 1888 by the famous Spanish guitarist and composer Tarrega, known as "the father of modern guitar", this classic masterpiece integrates the peaceful atmosphere of Middle Eastern aesthetics with a classical sense of structure, to depict the sounds of an ancient nomadic people in the moonlight. Silent Night Composed：Franz Gruber It is little known, but this song, possibly one of the most famous and beloved Christmas songs of all time, was originally written for guitar accompaniment. When recording this album, just before Christmas, producer Ye Yunchuan was deeply moved by the festive atmosphere on the streets of Tokyo, and on the spur of the moment, suggested adding an impromptu Christmas carol. In this very special, impromptu performance Ayane Shino beautifully transform the beloved carol. The rolling sound of guitar, like the chiming of bells in the church at midnight, offer blessings for New Year. In this holy and warm music, may your soul enjoy a moment of peace and reflect on every miracle that you have experienced in your life. 演奏家简介： 志野 文音 博士毕业于东京艺术大学。她曾获第30届日本青少年吉他比赛金奖，在波兰Krakow国家管弦乐团担任钢琴独奏与乐团共演，并作为吉他演奏家与指挥家曾我大介及鹿儿岛交响乐团共演。她参加过巴西的Londrina音乐节，并举行了个人独奏会。她还获得过胡佩尔和平祈念钢琴比赛优秀奖(第4位)、第4回日本巴哈钢琴比赛大学・大学院部奖励奖(第4位)，并结成组合“Siesta”进行全日本巡演(“2013 Siesta Live Tour超越种类的融合‘CROSS OVER’”)。她在东京艺术大学就读期间，曾获得奖励学内成绩优秀者的安宅奖等，并作为首席毕业于音乐环境创造科，毕业时获得Acanthus音乐奖。2016年，在洛杉矶举办的AES Recording Competition中，由她担任吉他演奏的古典吉他多重录音5ch环绕声作品获得了GOLD AWARD(最高奖)。此外，她也在川崎交响乐厅举办的交响乐团的游戏音乐之夜~最终幻想IX“Vamo’Alla Flamenco”中担任吉他演奏嘉宾。近年来，她发表了吉他独奏专辑“RENDEZ VOUS”，大量参演日本国内及海外的动画、电影、TVCM中的音乐，还出演了广告、广播、杂志等媒体节目，并在纽约举办了海外公演等活动。目前她正担任日本国立音乐大学非常勤讲师、东京艺术大学音响研究室教育研究助手，以及日本少年•吉他教育协会常务理事。 About the Performer: Ayane Shino graduated from the Graduate School of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts. She won the Grand Prix in the 30th Japan Junior Guitar Contest. She performed as a piano soloist with the National Krakow Orchestra of Poland in March. In the Japan Junior Guitar Contest in 2008, she was first in the high school student category. It also won the Grand Prix. In 2009, she performed with the Kagoshima Symphony Orchestra as guitar soloist under conductor Daisuke Soga. Ayane participated in the Londrina Music Festival in Brazil and had a solo recital. She appeared in a TV commercial film for “Ocha no Biroen”. In 2013, she was awarded the Ataka Prize, which was given to the best students at the Tokyo University of the Arts. They have a nationwide tour as a unit “Siesta”(which means Crossover) in 2013. In 2014, she received the Encouragement Prize of the Graduate School Division of the 4th Japan Bach Piano Competition. When she graduated from the Faculty of Music of Tokyo University of the Arts, she won the Acanthus Music Award and graduated from the Department of Creative Music and Environment at the top of her class. She made a guest appearance as a guitar soloist in Final Fantasy Ⅸ “Vamo Alla Flamenco” in an orchestral game music night, performed music for animation and movies in Japan and worldwide, and appeared in media including commercials, radio and magazines. In 2016, she performed (5-channel surround sound with multiple recordings of classical guitar)”Cosmic Wind”, which recording engineer Misaki Hasuo won the Gold Award (top prize) at the AES Recording Competition held in Los Angeles.
