Rock guitarist, songwriter and vocalist Jerry Case found the guitar at the age of 12. It's beauty and power grabbed him right from the onset. Within three short years, Jerry began performing semi-professionally around the Toronto, Canada music scene (photo: from first paid gig - skinny kid on the right!). Often being forced to sit back stage when not performing due to liquor law restrictions. From that time on, he continued to play professionally with many bands, sessions and theater projects in and around southern Ontario. The piece was completed the day he tragically passed away in his now infamous helicopter crash. Stevie was a huge influence on us all. In his early 20's for a short time, Jerry walked away from music and performance career to pursue his other lifelong dreams: A family and a career in art. Also a skilled artist, he graduated college with honours and began working in the city in the commercial art field. He eventually went on to form a highly successful design studio outside Toronto Canada. Throughout all this, his love of the guitar and music kept playing firmly in his life. In the early 2000's, with some of his personal goals realized, Jerry caught the music bug yet again and became involved in local performances. He created a charity concert event (where he was one of the performers) in his hometown called "Guitars not Guns". The sold-out event raised proceeds that purchased over 20 guitars, all given to to less fortunate children in the area. In late 2014, he decided to expand on his traditional role as a sideman, by learning to sing, write songs and begin work on a debut solo album "The Stray Dog Chronicles". The album to be be released track by track throughout 2015. It will then be re-released in its entirety - as a full length album.
