"Is This Letting Go" is a song about the simultaneous difficulty and freedom of letting go of someone in your life that keeps holding you back. Once I decided to move forward I started to feel that weight being lifted. It was a work in progress and it didn't happen overnight, but slowly the idea of letting someone go became easier and easier. "I feel your eyes pulling me back in time!"
