I try to make my music universal in its message while trying new things with style and genre. Because of this experimentation, I was left with what sounded like two distinct sounds and realised that the dichotomy was a reflection of myself and my own conflicts in life. It all started with a Songwriting class and a SoundCloud account, writing songs for class and putting them on SoundCloud. After a while, it became clear that I was doing much more than coursework, I was chasing a dream, a passion, a need to get these ideas out of my head in a tangible manner. All of this would not have been possible without the help of my friends though, so I guess I'd like to say thanks to a few people; first of all, David Poe, a great teacher, mentor, and friend; Ritchie Garcia, my former roommate, my producer, and one of my best friends; the KIDB crew, friends, fellow artists, and the guys who bought all the equipment I use to record my stuff. Most important is my family, not any one individual, but the entire unit, for supporting me, for keeping me humble, and for forcing me to practice even when I didn't want to. There are many more people to thank, but hopefully I'll have more albums to put more names into to thank people for their contribution.
