Long lost tapes from the early years of Sturgill & Steve were recently unearthed and are now being made available for the first time in any format for purchase to the general public. Sturgill & Steve's iconoclastic approach to the construction of popular music led to a unique body of work that sounded like nothing else at the time, and indeed, will seem mostly unfamiliar even now.

"Twelve the Hard Way" is the first in a series of archival releases of Sturgill & Steve's prodigious, ground-breaking, and finally-extant works.
