PENGUINS PROJECT is an independent artist of Tokyo, Japan. He uses VOC@LOiD technology called Hatsune Miku. This is his second original full album. "GALAPAGOS" means "Highly developed and having unique feature, but lack of global sights and isolated" in Japan. Yes, This is an album for VOC@LOiD fans , and Japanese "GALAPAGOS" people. Total concept album feels you comfortable, and you can't help thinking about what is today's problem of Japan... And one fine morning, PENGUINS PROJECT will reach GALAPAGOS.
