The third release from 2tone Records is a 5 track EP from upcoming producer Nic David. Nic is a Techno Producer and DJ from Essex who is making a name for himself and will soon be at the forefront of the music scene. His latest EP entitled Roller Rights highlights his creative talent. His first track Roller Rights will bring good vibes to any dance floor. Nic uses a mix of vocal stabs and tight percussion to build the perfect intro to the EP. Nic highlights the techno side of his production with the second track Ride On Time. The thumping bassline, atmospheric background ambience and vocal stabs will appeal to all Techno lovers. Next on the EP we have Rising which maintains that deep techno vibe that Nic is heavily influenced by, adding a psychedelic vocal to this track and a bassline which keeps the ravers captivated. Moving on to the fourth track of the EP, Nic introduces Together, a track which moves away from his deep Techno roots to something with a happier and more uplifting tone. An amazing percussion fills out the track with scattered vocal samples, giving a funky vibe and a synth which complements the track perfectly. Finally, he concludes the EP with Luvvv', keeping it uplifting but simultaneously incorporating surprising depth at the drops. 'Luvvv' is a perfect conclusion to the EP with subtle melodic basslines and synths which keep a nice vibe rolling throughout.
