Fasten the chinstrap on the helmet of love! One summer night in 2008, Bryan Crook and Becca Ayers presented their original tunes at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. This eclectic mix of songs is an excellent demo of their original work and collaborations. The songs range from those off of Becca's EP "Lovesick", those from her and Russ Rowland's first Baby Goes Bang cd, cabaret duets with her sister, Heather (accompanied by Kevin David Thomas), and some swing/blues songs for which Bryan composed and Becca did the lyrics. Bryan orchestrated the entire evening with a kick-a** horn section including himself, Jason Wiseman and Alden Banta and other Broadway musicians such as Jake Schwartz (guitar) Gary Seligson (drums) and Doug Largent (bass). You'll be sure to want to dance with your pants when you pop in these hoppin' tunes!
