Jimmy Roland & Dr. Kmer began collaborating in 2008. They released "Got To Be Real" which ended up on many Dance charts. The video to the track premeired on the MTV LOGO channel's NewNowNext PopLab series. The next song(s) from them that received a lot of attention was Dance and Dance (The Remix). P.A. Stocchero (aka Dr. Kmer) wears the producer's hat while Jimmy Roland provides all of the vocals and the lyrics.

"Just Like That" is the first release for them in 2011 and the song is already receiving airplay across the globe. Jimmy Roland has performed solo for many years and has shared Main Stage billing with KC & The SunShine BAnd, The Village People, Eddie Money, Patti LaBelle and so many others.
