Dons love of country music along with his big velvety vocals have ensured him a place amongst the best in the business. Many times it has been said " He is a singer's singer " Listen to the voice and feel the goose bumps appear, what else can we say. He started at the age of eleven years old and now at a young-ish fifty-four, has achieved so much, and yet has so much more to give. He is definitely not restricted to just country music either, and is quite capable of belting out rock with gusto. Being New Zealand born and bred, he won various country music awards in NZ and has appeared on numerous television shows to date.
