First World Answers is the first release from the Southern Californian band Reprise. The band comprises Gradon Lee (vocals, guitar), Adam Haagen (piano, guitar, vocals, banjo, mandolin), Dakota Dobbin (drums), and Sjors Van Alphen (bass). The EP was recorded and produced by Adam Haagen at Blue Eye Studios in Los Angeles, California and can best be described as an eclectic mix of electronically tinged, folky, pop-rock. While the track "Calling a Draw" features Gradon Lee as a singer-songwriter, "Be It" and "More Than We Have" allow the band as a whole to shine through as one cohesive unit. The closing track, "More Than We Have" is especially important, having spawned the namesake and inception of the band. Upon first playing together, Adam Haagen slowed down the progression and lead the band into what would ultimately become the song's reprise. It was that same day the band realized their potential, and began working on creating their first EP, "First World Answers."
