Hailing from Texas, Season is a self taught guitarist who grew up listening to MoTown, Elvis Presley and The Beatles. In High School she was classically trained in opera and competed in statewide competitions. During this time she also started performing and touring the Texas Opry Cuircut with the likes of LeAnne Rimes, all before the age of 17. Shortly after graduation she moved to Nashville by herself with a big heart and a little money and enrolled into The School of Hard Knocks! Living the starving artist lifestyle she cut her teeth on Music Row, Tootsies, The Bluebird Cafe and even the street corners of Printers Alley and Broadway. After an open call audition in 2004 she advanced to the National Finals of the Television show Nashville Star, but was not selected. Undeterred, Season continued to write and perform and finally in 2011 she independently recorded and released her first studio album and Video, "I'm Alive", which garnered her a Texas Music Award nomination as well as many fantastic reviews from industry pros noting her distinquished vocals, keen lyrics and soulful writing style. She atributes her style to the unique combination of opera vocal training, Nashville writing techniques and her love of MoTown and classic rock. Resently, nominated for best "Female Vocalist" and best "Singer/Songwriter" in Destin FL, she is gearing up to release her second studio project "WILDFIRE"!! Season plans to tour and promote the CD across the Gulf Coast states, Texas, Tennessee and largely the panhandle of Florida this spring/summer. She is constantly expanding her grass roots indie approach to music; one gig, one fan at a time!!
