Discs 1 and 2 of this collection are newly remastered versions of the first two official albums by Elastic No-No Band: "The Very Best of Elastic No-No Band So Far" (2006) and "No-No's (Leftovers and Live Songs)" (2007). Disc 3 contains 26 tracks recorded during the same time period, including 4 previously unreleased solo demos of songs from ENB's popular album, "My 3 Addictions."
