Background: A female-fronted soulful rock blues band. The band was formed in Chicago in October 2009 as an acoustic group by core members lead singer, songwriter and guitarist Kristina Cottone, and singer, violinist and saxophonist Kim Kozel. Since then, Honey and 45s’ unique sound has evolved by adding bassist Sean Tatum, lead guitarist Jon Gould, and drummer Jarad Kleinstein.
