I started making rap music a long time ago but I never jump on any of the passing fads of rap. I believe that anyone can be good or great with rap, if the passion and the love is there. I'm not one to put down the current generation of rappers because there has always been good and bad rap. My music, is where the difference in my style comes into play. I play all my music still and write all my rhymes. I love producer rappers, something about knowing that the M.C. made the track, that adds an extra something to the song for me. It almost lets me know how he or she is thinking, when that song was made, but that's totally subjective . So being a producer/rapper I can go any direction I wish to and I take full advantage of this. I think my music has a West Coast feel, deep bass, nice melodies and a laid back flow. I'm from the south but you may or may not get that when you listen. I am not oppossed to sampling if it is creative, cause I often sample what i play on the keyboard to give that sampled feel. I could write all day about my sound but the truth is the public will let you know if your good, just O.K. or need to go back to the drawing board. I personally feel like J.Cole on his outro "I don't care if we sell 1 copy, we kilt that sh*t". 100........
