Born in Hollywood, CA and raised in Nyack, NY, Daisy Anabelle started writing songs at the age of 14. Her introspective pop-infused melodic songs have always been intended both for personal expression and to connect with her listeners. A year ago, new inspiration came after experiencing the positive effects of meditation. She found an oasis in upstate New York and went on a silent retreat - alone. There she brought a device to capture different sounds in nature, catching the frogs' ribbit, birds chirping, water running, and crickets talking. She has introduced them into a collection of songs channelled by the process of heartbreak, mindfulness, and solitude. It can all be heard on her follow-up EP titled Retreat, coming Summer 2018. Breeze, the first single is out now on Spotify and Wine + Vitamins, will be out everywhere June 29, 2018.
