Southern Sons were an Australian rock/pop band who were popular in the 90's. Their songs are still played on Australian radio to this day. The band's career spanned 3 albums. 1 Southern Sons. 2 Nothing But The Truth. 3 Zone.

The music can be described as melodic pop rock. The band was something of an enigma in that it comprised some well known Jazz fusion musicians coming from diverse musical backgrounds. They delivered chart topping pop songs and their performances were attended not only by their pop following but also by many other musicians.
