This album consists of a lot of conflict which I allowed in my life for sometime. The writing and recording of this album was very therapeutic and has brought me back to a more peaceful, satisfying and grateful existence.

If you notice the track titles..."Sunshine" and "Rain". "Ocean" and "Mountains". "There With You" and "I'm Out Of Here". There were varying views of life and it came out in my music. I hope you can get just some of the inspiration that I've gained from this project.
