BIRDIE is the creation of Teresa Gasca-Burk and Gary Burk, whose songwriting talents has created three CDs of wonderful family music. In addition to BIRDIE, Teresa and Gary have performed as a rock act and duo throughout California and written over a hundred songs together. Teresa's work as a music and dance instructor inspired her to begin writing children's songs with Gary in 2002, which led to the first BIRDIE release in 2003.
