Even Mozart, on a tour in Salento, is a victim of the bite of a tarantula. At the frantic pace of “pizzica”, the twitchy Amadeus dances and plays for many hours trying to free himself from the poison injected by the spider. Finally he falls on the ground exhausted but he leaves us a wonderful music in inheritance: The devilish Mozart. P.S. Twitchy is the translation for the Italian word “tarantolato”. Tarantolato is a person who is affected by the effects of a tarantula. Anche Mozart, in tour nel Salento, è vittima del "morso" della taranta.
