MARQ-E hits on his, long overdue, debut album. Yesterday is not your typical rap album. The artist extends himself into new territory, with wide ranging influence and teams up with, music producer, Bruce Holms, who brings an entirely new dimension to E's sound and style. It's a medley of interesting sounds and topics, that will be studied someday, perhaps, as a breakthrough effort. Admittedly, the album did not do as well, initially, as had been hoped, but the overall response was overwhelmingly positive, and MARQ-E establishes his diversity as an industry pro, with wide range and discipline. You will not be disappointed, if you are a pop-rap fan.
