Ronny Munroe is an American Heavy Metal Singer, most noted as the Lead Vocalist of the Heavy Metall band METAL CHURCH from 2004 until the bands founder Kurdt Vanderhoof dismembered the group in 2009. In October 2011 Munroe joined the Trans-Siberian Orchestra,[2] as a Vocalist and was with them for a two year Tour. His second tenure with METAL CHURCH lasted from their revival in 2012 when the group reunited through 2014, then, after much dileberation, he stepped down and formed the killer band, MUNROE'S THUNDER. His new band, MUNROE'S THUNDER is comprised of: RONNY MUNORE: Co-Founder & Vocalist, DAVID MARK PEARCE: Musical Director/Guitars, JUSTIN ZYCH: Guitars, CHRIS TRISTRAM: Bass & RICK WARD on Drums ...Here's something outside of my "METAL" music. REGARDING THIS RELEASE: "STILL ALIVE" ... This is the first song I ever wrote. It was written about my mom while I was sitting on her bed after she died. I wrote this using a borrowed, beaten up guitar, but it did the trick. The melody line and lyrics just come pouring out of me with a lot of emotion and mixed feelings. A special song about life, hope, overcoming life's challenges and being grateful for every second of every day. The added moral of this video is to say .. "Do not be quick to judge someone, for things aren't always as they appear." Enjoy your life, be your good self regardless of the ugly in the world around you. Never give up or let anyone make you feel less than who you truly are.
